The Custom Sheet Size Program is an integral part of our approach to Sustainable Design. Custom Sheet Sizes allows the designer and contractor to actively be involved in reducing scrap and landfill waste at the source. Our wide sheet and custom size program provides the smart designer and contractor with a way to cut costs, reduce waste, and save time in large commercial applications.

Solid surface products typically come in a few standard dimensions: 30" x 144" x ½", 36" x 120" x ½" and 30" x 98" x ¼". With select products, Avonite Surfaces produces solid surface sheets with a width that may range from 27” to 60” and a length from 72” to 204”. This allows specific sheet dimensions to be produced for large scale applications including hotel vanities, tub surrounds, wall cladding for military or student housing, shower stalls, and hospital rooms.

These special orders are manufactured in batch increments, and the Custom Size Calculator allows you to determine the number of batches required for your project. There is a 3 batch minimum order required for custom orders. Custom size orders are subject to a + or – 10% yielded delivery. Expected lead time is 6-8 weeks.
The process to use our Custom Sheet Size Program is simple.

1. Choose an Avonite Surfaces product (see products available for the Custom Sheet Size Program)
2. Determine the dimensions of the sheets to be used in the application.
3. Determine the quantity of sheets to be used in the project.
4. Use the Custom Size Calculator to estimate the number of batches required
5. Contact your local Avonite Surfaces representative to estimate cost and lead time
